Tickets for QuinkFair 2024 will be available in early 2024

There are no ticket sales available at the gate

All attendees are asked to pitch in 4 hours of their time to help QuinkFair run. There are a variety of tasks from cooking to cleanup to hosting workshops to helping at registration. We have a number of seated and/or stationary tasks for those who have limited mobility and/or prefer those over more physically active work.

Scholarship tickets– Our scholarship application process is closed for the year. Information on the 2024 scholarship program will be available in early 2024.

Work Exchange tickets– Our work exchange ticket application process is closed for the year. If you requested a work exchange ticket but haven’t yet heard from us, please email QuinkFair@gmail.com and we’ll work things out. Work exchangers do 8 hours of work before, during, or after the event (4 hours more than the general volunteer requirement). If you are an adult attending on a work exchange ticket and are bringing kids to QuinkFair, you can purchase youth tickets for $25 each (kids 5 and under are always free).

Barter Tickets are also available- the majority of those involve food barter (most commonly for locally grown produce) but other options are also possible. If you’re interested, please get in touch with us at QuinkFair@gmail.com

Food is included in the cost of your ticket. (Meals start with lunch on Thursday and end with lunch on Monday. Plus camping! What a deal!) Water will be available, but we do suggest bringing a few gallons of your own along and then using that container to get water to your campsite throughout the event.

It you live in an FEC or allied community, in place of money you can contribute 8 labor credits, or 4 labor credits plus $50, to attend this event.  If your community is not listed on the FEC website you can not use LEX hours to attend, but other work exchange options may be available.
