Our Covid-19 policies for QuinkFair 2024 are still being discussed, and will be available here in early 2024. Below is the information on our covid-19 policies for 2023.
To enter Quinkfair 2023, all attendees must provide proof of a negative covid test with a sample taken 24 hours or less before arrival.
We strongly encourage people to use their own tests at home and send us the results before arrival- this will reduce wait times at the gate, and also minimizes the chance of people being turned away at the gate because of a positive test result. Attendees may also choose to bring their own tests to use at the gate (and then show the results to gate staff), or to purchase a test from QuinkFair at the gate at cost (our current stock of tests are $5 each, cash only please).
If a person tests positive for Covid-19 at the gate, anyone who traveled in the same vehicle (carpool, family, etc) and/or is a member of the same household will also be considered positive.
How to send your covid-19 test results in advance- Please write the first and last name you used when registering for quinkfair on a piece of paper, set your negative covid-19 test on the piece of paper (make sure it doesn’t cover up your name please), take a picture of it, and email it to us at QuinkFair@gmail.com. Please send one picture for each member of your group- for example, one for a parent and a separate one for each of the kids.
Anyone who has symptoms should stay home, regardless of your test results.
If you are unable to attend QuinkFair due to a positive Covid-19 test (for you or a member of your pod/household/carpool), a known exposure, or symptoms without a positive test (for you or a member of your household) we will give you a full refund for your ticket. We know it’s not fun to miss a festival because of illness and appreciate you helping us keep our community safer.

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or even death. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Although we have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 at QuinkFair, we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while at QuinkFair.
By attending QuinkFair, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, accept full responsibility for any injury to yourself or your child(ren), and release QuinkFair, Camp Contact LLC, and the event organizers from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions or omissions of QuinkFair, Camp Contact LLC, its owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives.
